start at the dragon’s gate entrance. don’t go to any food place that isn’t crowded.

downtown proper. high-end shopping. tons of hotel options. where the engagement party is going down.

fun area. dolores park and the truffle man. tons of good bars and tacos.
Russian Hill
quintessential, old san francisco. lombard street. crazy hills.

painted ladies. good shops and restaurants on divisadero st.
Castro
fabulously gay neighborhood. the streets are literally rainbows.
things to do around SF
golden gate park / bring a picnic, check out the cal academy of sciences and the conservatory of flowers
twin peaks / awesome vantage point of the city and sutro tower. it will be windy and cold but worth the hike
north bay / bike across the golden gate bridge and check out sausalito. go hug a big ass redwood tree in the muir woods. drive up to tomales bay and have fresh oysters and wine at the marshall store
alcatraz and cable cars / if you must
painted ladies / located in alamo square park. cue full house music
ferry building / farmers market every saturday morning. great views of the bay bridge
fort mason / aka. “frat mason”. grab a sandwich at lucca delicatessen in the marina and walk north to the ocean for a picnic and views of the golden gate bridge
cioppino / try the classic sf fisherman’s stew dish at sotto mare in north beach or anchor oyster bar in the castro. think crab, shellfish, fish, shramps, etc. wear a bib
